DHARMA GATHERING
Thursday evenings
7 - 9 PM
The dharma gathering is an opportunity to meditate in a supportive group setting, to learn how to apply the principles of meditation to everyday life and a chance to meet and mingle with fellow practitioners. We generally sit for an hour followed by a reading and discussion. The first Sunday of every month is a 'nyinthun', dedicated only to meditation practice.
Experienced meditators and newcomers are equally welcome. For those just entering the path, introductory meditation instruction is available. Come sit with us!

On the first Sunday of every month we offer a full three-hour afternoon of group meditation practice. This event includes guided group meditation instruction, mindfulness practice, walking meditation, samatha yhoga, readings and tea. Experienced meditators and newcomers are equally welcome.

QueerDharma is a community of meditation practice for humans, founded and hosted by LGBTQ people [lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, queer]. Although Shambhala provides the space and anchor for Queer Dharma meetings, a broad range of Buddhist traditions are represented in our membership and visiting teachers.
All are warmly welcome.
We gather each month to practice and study Buddhist meditation and bring a simple sanity to our world. $7 suggested donation
